Is the purchased product not as desired? In that case we offer the opportunity to exchange or return it.
If you want to exchange or return the product, you must do this within 14 days after receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with tags and labels intact. The product must not contain any traces of use. Products that have a seal and whose seal is broken/missing can no longer be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.
A return shipment must be provided with a Track and Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. The shipping costs for the return are for the account of the sender.
If we have received the items returned by you, the purchased amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. You will receive your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially booked. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
